First sales loop
This is the fastest useful path for a sales rep.
Goal: send your first useful SynTwin link in about 15 minutes.
You will create a chat deployment, send one link, capture visitor context, and prepare for a real meeting.
Skip voice and video for now. Chat is enough for the first sales win.
1. Create the minimum SynTwin profile
Section titled “1. Create the minimum SynTwin profile”Open the profile screen under Setup.
Fill only what visitors need:
- Name
- Role
- Company
- Short bio
- Languages
Save.
2. Upload two useful sources
Section titled “2. Upload two useful sources”Open Train > Sources.
Upload:
- One product overview, deck, or FAQ
- One pricing, packaging, security, or customer story source
Do not upload everything yet. Add enough for the first real visitor to ask useful questions.
3. Create a chat deployment
Section titled “3. Create a chat deployment”Open Deploy, then create a deployment.
Use this goal:
Answer visitor questions about our product, qualify whether they have a real use case, and collect their email for follow-up.Use these instructions:
Start with one short sentence.Ask what the visitor wants to figure out.Answer from the available sources.Ask for name, company, and email once they show real interest.Escalate pricing exceptions, legal commitments, security commitments, and anything not covered by sources to the owner.Enable Chat. Leave audio and video off for now.
Open Sources for the deployment.
Mark both uploaded sources as:
- Mentioned if the visitor may hear the content
- Internal if only the SynTwin should use it privately
Unselected sources are unavailable to the deployment.
4. Enable email capture and one CTA
Section titled “4. Enable email capture and one CTA”Open Settings > Capabilities.
Enable Collect Email.
Add this CTA:
Button label: Book a callAction URL: https://your-calendar-link.exampleDescription: Pick a time with me after you have a concrete question or use case.Condition: Show when the visitor asks for next steps, shares a use case, or seems interested in a follow-up.5. Copy the right link
Section titled “5. Copy the right link”Open Share.
Use:
| Situation | Link |
|---|---|
| Sending to one known person | Personalized link |
| Sending to a broad list | Direct chat link |
| Sending after a prior session | Follow-up link |
For the first test, create a personalized link for one real prospect.
Add:
- Name
- Company
- Email if you have it
- One line of context
Example context:
VP Sales at Acme. Likely interested in reducing response time for inbound leads.6. Send outreach
Section titled “6. Send outreach”Copy this:
Hi Alice,
If useful, you can ask my SynTwin a few questions before we talk:https://...
It can answer product questions and help us make the first call more specific.7. Review before the meeting
Section titled “7. Review before the meeting”When the visitor talks to the SynTwin, open the person record or recent session.
Check only:
- What they asked
- What they care about
- Whether they left email
- Any follow-up promise
- Any unresolved question
Start the meeting with what they already asked.
8. Follow up
Section titled “8. Follow up”After the meeting, add one person note:
Alice cares most about rollout risk and wants security review next. Follow up with SOC 2, SSO, and data retention details.Send a follow-up link if they should keep asking the SynTwin questions.
You can improve the setup later with voice, video, more sources, notifications, and external tools.
