Deployment access

Sharing is blocked when no channel is usable.

Enable chat, or finish setup for audio/video.

Visitor cannot access deployment

Check:

  • Deployment status is active.
  • At least one interaction mode is enabled.
  • Audio has a ready voice.
  • Video has a ready video layer.

Embed cannot use microphone

Make sure the iframe includes:

allow="microphone"

The browser may still ask the visitor for permission.

Wrong context in a conversation

Use a personalized link or follow-up link.

Direct links are broad; personalized links carry context.
