People and memory

A person is a known individual connected to sessions and sources.

  • Name
  • Email
  • Company
  • Summary
  • Preferred language

Person sources are materials about one person.

Examples:

  • Notes
  • Meeting transcripts
  • Email summaries
  • Discovery call summaries

Person rules are knowledge rules scoped to one person.

They help the SynTwin remember durable facts about the relationship.

Personalized and follow-up links can connect a visitor session to a person.

This lets the SynTwin resume with existing memory.

Visitors can start anonymous.

A visitor session creates or attaches to a person record. That record may start unnamed. During conversation, the SynTwin can learn and fill in details such as name, email, and company.

Personalized links provide known details up front. Follow-up links attach the next session to an existing person.

Duplicates can happen when the same real person arrives through different paths. Merge duplicates from Monitor > People.
