Deployment settings

Deployment settings live inside each deployment.

  • Name — internal and visitor-facing deployment label.
  • Direct link — broad deployment access.
  • Follow-up link — resume with an existing person.
  • Personalized link — add known visitor context before sharing.
  • Embed snippet — place the deployment on a page.
  • Goal — what a successful session means.
  • Instructions — deployment-specific behavior.
  • Languages — languages allowed for this deployment.

  • Audio
  • Video

Controls visible identity:

Optional visitor actions:

  • Collect Email — the SynTwin can show an email input form.
  • Calls to Action — the SynTwin can show action cards when conditions are met.

CTA fields:

  • Condition

See Use email capture and CTAs for examples.

Controls inactivity timeouts:

  • Chat timeout
  • Audio timeout, used for audio and video calls

Timeouts must be between 1 minute and 24 hours.

Stale active sessions are checked periodically, so auto-ending can lag the configured timeout.

  • Person data
  • Goal evaluation
  • Summary

The optional Send when prompt lets the AI decide whether the recap should be sent.

See Set up notifications for examples.
