Deployment settings
Deployment settings live inside each deployment.
General
Section titled “General”- Name — internal and visitor-facing deployment label.
- Direct link — broad deployment access.
- Follow-up link — resume with an existing person.
- Personalized link — add known visitor context before sharing.
- Embed snippet — place the deployment on a page.
Behavior
Section titled “Behavior”- Goal — what a successful session means.
- Instructions — deployment-specific behavior.
- Languages — languages allowed for this deployment.

Sessions
Section titled “Sessions”Controls inactivity timeouts:
- Chat timeout
- Audio timeout, used for audio and video calls
Timeouts must be between 1 minute and 24 hours.
Stale active sessions are checked periodically, so auto-ending can lag the configured timeout.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Email session-end recap:
- Person data
- Goal evaluation
- Summary
The optional Send when prompt lets the AI decide whether the recap should be sent.
