Use email capture and CTAs
Open a deployment, then open Settings > Capabilities.
Collect email
Section titled “Collect email”Enable Collect Email when the deployment should capture visitor contact details during the conversation.
Use it for:
- Inbound product questions
- Event booth conversations
- Lead qualification
- Follow-up after high-intent questions
Test it before sharing. The SynTwin should ask for email after there is a reason to continue, not as the first thing it says.
Good instruction:
Ask for the visitor's email after they have asked a real product question or seem interested in follow-up. Keep it brief.Add a CTA
Section titled “Add a CTA”Use Calls to Action when the SynTwin should show an action card.
Common sales CTAs:
- Book a meeting
- Download a product brief
- Open a pricing page
- Contact sales
Common outreach CTAs:
- Call my SynTwin
- Ask questions before our meeting
- Continue this conversation
- Send me the product brief
- Book time with me
CTA fields:
- Button label — visible button text.
- Action URL — destination.
- Description — visitor-facing card context.
- Condition — when the SynTwin should show it.
Write conditions in plain English. Describe the visitor behavior that should trigger the CTA.
