Which link do I send?
Section titled “Which link do I send?”| Situation | Send this | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One known prospect | Personalized link | Starts with name, company, email, or context |
| Broad outreach list | Direct chat link | Works when you do not know who will open it |
| Visitor already talked to the SynTwin | Follow-up link | Keeps the next session attached to the same person |
| Website or landing page | Direct link or embed | Best for inbound traffic |
| After a meeting | Follow-up link | Preserves relationship memory |
Default for sales: use a personalized link for named prospects and a follow-up link after the first conversation.
Direct links
Section titled “Direct links”Use the direct link for broad access.
If multiple channels are enabled, copy a mode-specific link:
- Chat link
- Audio link
- Video link
Use this for landing pages, email signatures, event QR codes, or general inbound traffic.
Personalized links
Section titled “Personalized links”Use a personalized link when you already know who will open it.
Add:
- Name
- Company
- Context
The context is passed into the session so the SynTwin can start with better framing.
Example context:
VP of Sales at Acme. Interested in enterprise plan. Asked about Salesforce integration.Follow-up links
Section titled “Follow-up links”Use follow-up links for existing people.
Choose a person from the list, then copy the link. The next session resumes with that person’s memory.
