Set up notifications

Open a deployment, then open Settings > Notifications.

Turn on Email me when a session ends.

The recap can include:

  • Person data
  • Goal evaluation
  • Summary

Use notifications when you want to react to important sessions without reviewing every conversation manually.

Use Send when to avoid noisy notifications.

Examples:

Send when the visitor seems like a qualified lead.
Send when the visitor asks for pricing, procurement, security, or a demo.
Send when the goal was not reached and the transcript shows a fixable issue.

Leave Send when empty to send a recap for every ended session.

Notifications are not a replacement for reviewing sessions.

Use them for urgent follow-up, then use Monitor > Sessions and Train > Reflections for regular improvement.
