Organize sources with tags
Tags organize sources.

What tags do

- Find sources later
- Group sources by product, market, or customer segment
- Review extracted knowledge
- Filter source lists
- Understand what material a deployment should use
SynTwin can auto-assign tags during processing. You can also create and edit them manually.
Create a tag

Use tags with deployments
Section titled “Use tags with deployments”When configuring deployment sources, use tags to find relevant sources quickly.
Tags do not grant access by themselves. You still choose each source as Mentioned, Internal, or Unavailable.
Keep tags simple
Section titled “Keep tags simple”Prefer a small set of stable tags over many one-off labels.
If a tag only applies to one person, use person-specific sources instead.
