Manage people
People are the known individuals your SynTwin remembers.
Open Monitor > People.
Visitor sessions can create unnamed person records. Add details manually when needed, or merge duplicates after the same person appears more than once.
Create a person
Section titled “Create a person”Create a person when you want to add context before they talk to the SynTwin.
Useful fields:
- Name
- Company
- Summary
Edit a person
Section titled “Edit a person”Open a person and click Edit.
Use the summary for durable relationship context:
Alice leads operations at Acme. She cares about rollout risk and wants customer references before involving procurement.Add notes
Section titled “Add notes”Open a person, then add sources or log a note.
Use notes for:
- Meeting summaries
- Call outcomes
- Email threads
- Follow-up promises
- Buying process details
Merge duplicates
Section titled “Merge duplicates”On the people list, select duplicate people and merge them.
The first selected person becomes the target. Source people are merged into it.
Delete a person
Section titled “Delete a person”Deleting a person removes the person record and person-scoped sources and rules. Existing sessions are not deleted.
Use deletion only when the person record is wrong or no longer needed.
