Add sources

Sources are the material your SynTwin learns from.

Open Train > Sources, then use Add Sources to upload files, write a note, or add web pages from URLs.

Add material that should apply across conversations:

  • PDFs
  • Docs
  • Slideshows
  • Meeting transcripts
  • Emails
  • Raw text notes
  • CSV files
  • Web pages

Global sources are owner-level material. Each deployment chooses which global sources are Mentioned, Internal, or Unavailable. Unselected sources are unavailable to configured deployments.

Open Monitor > People, then choose a person.

Use that person’s source screen to add notes, transcripts, files, or web pages about them.

Use person-specific knowledge for:

  • Their company and role
  • Past objections
  • Buying process
  • Follow-up promises
  • Meeting notes
  • Email history summaries

This lets your SynTwin continue a relationship instead of starting every conversation cold.

Choose Add Sources > Add from URL and paste one or more links (up to 10). Optionally add a hint about what to focus on.

Your SynTwin reads the pages, follows clearly relevant links on the same site one hop deep, and saves one or more focused sources. Ingestion runs in the background; new sources appear in the list shortly.

You can also share links in a 1:1 session and ask your SynTwin to read them.

URL sources stay editable. Review the distilled content and adjust it like a note.

Upload focused material. Split huge documents into smaller files when only parts are relevant.

Good source titles help review later:

Open Train > Rules after processing.

Rules are distilled from sources:

  • Knowledge rules are facts the SynTwin should keep top of mind.
  • Style rules shape how the SynTwin communicates.

You can add, edit, or delete rules manually.
