Sessions and reflection
A session is one conversation with a SynTwin.
Sessions can happen through deployments or through owner 1:1.
Deployment sessions
Section titled “Deployment sessions”Deployment sessions are visitor-facing.
They include:
- Conversation history
- Person identity when known
- Deployment goal
- Goal evaluation
- Summary
After a deployment session ends, SynTwin evaluates whether the deployment goal was reached.
Owner 1:1 sessions
Section titled “Owner 1:1 sessions”Owner 1:1 sessions are private conversations between the owner and their SynTwin.
Use them to:
- Teach the SynTwin
- Answer reflection questions
- Give feedback
- Update setup
- Add context about people
Reflection
Section titled “Reflection”Reflection is the improvement loop after visitor sessions.
The SynTwin reviews the session and asks:
- Did the session reach the goal?
- Was important knowledge missing?
- Should deployment instructions change?
- Can a knowledge rule be created or improved?
- Does the owner need to answer a question?
