Sessions and reflection

A session is one conversation with a SynTwin.

Sessions can happen through deployments or through owner 1:1.

Deployment sessions are visitor-facing.

They include:

  • Conversation history
  • Person identity when known
  • Deployment goal
  • Goal evaluation
  • Summary

After a deployment session ends, SynTwin evaluates whether the deployment goal was reached.

Owner 1:1 sessions are private conversations between the owner and their SynTwin.

Use them to:

  • Teach the SynTwin
  • Answer reflection questions
  • Give feedback
  • Update setup
  • Add context about people

Reflection is the improvement loop after visitor sessions.

The SynTwin reviews the session and asks:

  • Did the session reach the goal?
  • Was important knowledge missing?
  • Should deployment instructions change?
  • Can a knowledge rule be created or improved?
  • Does the owner need to answer a question?

Reflection activity appears under Train > Reflections.
