Use email capture and CTAs

Dieser Inhalt ist noch nicht in deiner Sprache verfügbar.

Open a deployment, then open Settings > Capabilities.

Enable Collect Email when the deployment should capture visitor contact details during the conversation.

Use it for:

  • Inbound product questions
  • Event booth conversations
  • Lead qualification
  • Follow-up after high-intent questions

Test it before sharing. The SynTwin should ask for email after there is a reason to continue, not as the first thing it says.

Good instruction:

Ask for the visitor's email after they have asked a real product question or seem interested in follow-up. Keep it brief.

Use Calls to Action when the SynTwin should show an action card.

Common sales CTAs:

  • Book a meeting
  • Download a product brief
  • Open a pricing page
  • Contact sales

Common outreach CTAs:

  • Call my SynTwin
  • Ask questions before our meeting
  • Continue this conversation
  • Send me the product brief
  • Book time with me

CTA fields:

  • Button label — visible button text.
  • Action URL — destination.
  • Description — visitor-facing card context.
  • Condition — when the SynTwin should show it.

Write conditions in plain English. Describe the visitor behavior that should trigger the CTA.

Example:

Button label: Book a demo
Action URL: https://meetings.example.com/demo
Description: Pick a time with our sales team.
Condition: Show when the visitor has a concrete use case or asks about next steps.

Copy one of these sales conditions if you are unsure:

Show when the visitor asks for next steps.
Show when the visitor shares a concrete use case or says they want follow-up.
Show after the visitor asks about pricing, integration, security, or implementation.
Show only after the visitor has provided name, company, and email.

Use the deployment link in an email:

If useful, you can ask my SynTwin a few questions before we talk:
https://...

CTA setup:

Button label: Call my SynTwin
Description: Ask questions before booking time with me.
Condition: Show when the visitor asks how to learn more or wants to talk through their use case.

Use a follow-up link when the visitor already has a person record.

CTA setup:

Button label: Ask before our meeting
Description: Continue with context from our earlier conversation.
Condition: Show when the visitor has another question before the scheduled meeting.

Show a booking CTA after the SynTwin has enough signal.

Button label: Book a call
Description: Pick a time with the owner.
Condition: Show when the visitor has shared a use case, company, and email, or asks for next steps.

Use the SynTwin to answer repeatable follow-up questions, then escalate owner-only topics.

Button label: Continue with my SynTwin
Description: Ask follow-up questions from the same relationship context.
Condition: Show after the visitor asks for async follow-up or needs more detail before the next call.

Run a test session and create both outcomes:

  • A visitor who should see the CTA.
  • A visitor who should not see the CTA.

Adjust the condition until the CTA appears only when useful.
