Create a deployment

A deployment is a shareable context for your SynTwin.

Create it

In the Deploy sidebar group, click New deployment.

Set:

• Name — internal label, for example Product XYZ inbound.
• Conversational Goal — what success means.

Example goal:

Answer visitor questions about Product XYZ and get the user to submit their email for follow-up conversations.

Tune behavior

Open the deployment settings.

In Behavior, edit:

• Goal — success criteria for the conversation.
• Instructions — extra behavior for this deployment.
• Languages — allowed languages for this deployment.

Example instructions:

Make a very short introduction so the user can start speaking immediately.
Ask for their name, industry, and company so you can give a domain-specific introduction.

Choose sources

In Sources, choose how each global source is available:

• Mentioned — the SynTwin may mention the source to visitors.
• Internal — the SynTwin may use it as context but should not cite or reveal it.
• Unavailable — the deployment cannot use it.

Choose channels

In Channels, enable chat, audio, or video.

Requirements:

• Chat has no voice or video requirement.
• Audio needs a ready voice.
• Video needs a ready video layer.

Share it

Open Share.

You can copy:

• Direct deployment link
• Mode-specific chat, audio, or video links
• Personalized link with visitor context
• Embed snippet

Use personalized links when you already know the visitor’s name, email, company, or context.
