Two kinds of knowledge

Person-specific knowledge

- Acme cares most about implementation risk.
Add person-specific knowledge on a person’s screen.
How context grows

- Uploaded sources
- 1:1 sessions with the owner
- Visitor sessions
- Notes attached to people
- Extracted knowledge rules
- Extracted style rules
This lets the SynTwin connect product knowledge with relationship history.
Why this matters
