What is SynTwin?

Start with First sales loop if you want to send your first SynTwin link in about 15 minutes.
SynTwin creates AI Counterparts of human experts. A SynTwin captures what someone knows, how they communicate, and how they make decisions — then makes that expertise available through natural conversation.
The first target market is sales. Sales work is continuous communication: calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups, and relationship context. A SynTwin helps a sales rep scale that communication without losing the knowledge and style that make it work.

How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Setup — an owner creates a SynTwin, defining its identity and appearance.
- Train — the SynTwin learns from global sources, person-specific sources, and direct 1:1 sessions with the owner.
- Deploy — deployments put the SynTwin into use, each with a specific goal and instructions.
- Monitor — people interact with the SynTwin through chat, audio, or video sessions. The owner tracks sessions, manages people, and reviews tags.
Core mental model
Section titled “Core mental model”A SynTwin is one person. Deployments are the contexts that person operates in.
The same sales rep might qualify inbound leads, answer product questions, or follow up with existing customers. Each deployment can have a different goal while staying grounded in the same owner’s knowledge, communication style, and relationship memory.
